According to their website, it puts an emphasis on employee happiness, which they feel improves the customer experience. All employees are trained and educated in pest management techniques, including integrated pest management which concentrates more on prevention than poison.

They have an extra charge in addition to the common pests included in the three basic plans. While this could make some folks skeptical, most reviews claim pricing is affordable on all plans.

There are several negative reviews on Yelp which point to pushy sales tactics from door-to-door salesmen. Several other negative reviews all point out a lack of efficiency when it comes to spider treatment.

Thirty days after the initial pest treatment by White Knights, a technician will schedule the first maintenance treatment. Maintenance is provided every 30, 60, or 90 days afterward, depending on the plan.

The service guarantee states that if bugs are still present 10 days after the initial treatment, they will return within a two-day time. They caution customers not to panic if they still see some bugs.  Bugs can appear for up to 10 days  as they leave their nesting places.

The bottom line is that this company has a good track record with common pest problems, but you may want to do more research if you have spiders. Contracts, plans, and agreements from White Knight should also be read through completely before signing.
