If you are looking for an experienced and professional pest control company, then look no further than Waltham Pest Control. This company is one of the most well-respected pest control companies in Eastern Massachusetts. Their main office is located at 97A Cambridge St. Burlington, Massachusetts, and they have been providing insect and rodent management solutions to Burlington and the surrounding areas for more than 40 years.

They provide pest control services for both residential and commercial properties and are experienced in eliminating a wide range of pests including ants, spiders, bees, bed bugs, termites, wasps, ticks, cockroaches, and rodents. Not only do they rid your home or office of bothersome pests, but they also offer bird control services and are able to safely remove and prevent birds from nesting in your attic or other parts of your home.

There are several things that this company offers that make it stand out from other pest control businesses.

First, they use the Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM) to eradicate any insects and rodents from your property. This program is an environmentally sensitive approach to pest control management. Once the type of pest that you want to be removed has been identified, the pest control technician will use comprehensive information to manage and eliminate an infestation.  With this process, they are able to easily get rid of the pest and prevent them from coming back.

While there are a lot of positive things to say about this company, Waltham has a 3.5-star rating on Yelp because there have been a few customers that have not been satisfied with the level of service that this company has provided.

There were a few complaints about this company not showing up for their appointment times and when the customer would call the front office to notify them of their missed appointment, the main office has not answered the phone and had not returned their call after leaving a message.

Other customers were unsatisfied with the lack of communication that they received from this company. A few past customers had complained that they received a bill for services rendered, and even though a pest control technician had been to their house, they were never told exactly which services were performed on their property.

Although there have been several complaints about this company, according to some reviews on Yelp, when Waltham Pest Control feels that they have made a mistake, they go out of their way to try to right the wrong. They currently have an A+ rating on BBB.
