Their website features a convenient customer portal that you can log into to view your past transactions, make a payment, and manage view your appointment times. However, even with this convenient feature, some customers have still complained about the fact that the scheduling department can be a little unorganized.

Some past customers have left reviews stating that they had to call the Romex Pest Control office several times before they were able to make an appointment. There have also been some complaints about the main office not answering their phones. Other reviewers have stated that they never had a problem with the office answering the phones, however, there was an instance where a customer said the receptionist forgot to mark their appointment time down in the books and the customer had to call back several times before their appointment was scheduled.

There is not a lot of information regarding pricing, however, their website states that they offer plenty of discounts and have a wide range of special offers for both new and returning customers, and they also offer free estimates for all of their customers.
