Quality Pest Control has provided the Marion area with peace of mind by protecting families and businesses from pest problems since 1984. All of their technicians are state-certified exterminators with extensive knowledge in all the creepy crawlies and furry critters that threaten your home.

Their Marion branch location is addressed at 1515 Blairs Ferry Rd STE A, Marion, IA 52302-3158. Marion is Quality Pest Control’s only location, but they also service Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. 

They offer commercial, residential, and industrial clients expert services for pest control service and bed bug, termite, and mosquito extermination. Common pests they deal with in the area are bed bugs, termites, mosquitoes, cicadas, ants, cockroaches, spiders, bees, wasps, earwigs, fleas, ticks, flies, Japanese beetles, mice, rats, bats, chipmunks, gophers, groundhogs, moles, and squirrels. 

Quality Pest Control knows how serious the cicada problems can get in Marion, Cedar Rapids, and surrounding areas. They have dedicated experts with extensive knowledge of the different types of cicadas and how to eliminate the problem from your property.. 

Pricing is very reasonable at Quality Pest Control, and customers seem to have no issues with it. Pricing can be difficult to determine without complete details on the job because all houses and businesses do not have the same requirements and issues. Initial treatments start around $136 and can get up to $150. As for rodent control, prices typically range between $141 and $157. Some customers are upset that Quality Pest promotes “free inspections” and still have charged $90 for the inspection. There are no deals or specials right now.

Customers seem to really love Quality Pest Control technicians. They have numerous compliments of being respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and very detailed. There are a few issues customers complained about. Complaints include customer service is rude, a woman on the phone didn’t have answers to questions and hung up on the client, the technician was considered “incompetent” by the customer, and termite damage was done to a customer’s property despite a technician insisting they didn’t have termites. 

Quality Pest Control does not promote whether their pesticides are environment-friendly or safe for pets and children. Since they don’t, it’s highly like that their products are not. 

Overall, Quality Pest Control has excellent technicians certified in protecting your home from critters. There were some unfortunate instances, but customers were mostly happy with their services for the most part.
