It also can be difficult to get a specialist to your home as soon as you find a problem, but with 24-hour service, Official Pest Prevention employees can help you no matter the time.

The next is the quality control system that the company employs. After servicing your home or business, the company checks back in to ensure the quality of work. If you’re not satisfied, Official Pest Prevention will work with you until you are.

Although the company started with just four full-time employees, it now has more than 100 and a fleet of 75 vehicles. All technicians are licensed and trained in the latest application combinations and techniques.

They also are trained to check in with a home or business owner before and after each visit to ask about your concerns.
