It offers a wide variety of commercial and residential services to customers. Among its services are treatments for prevention and extermination of roaches, termites, wasps, spiders, mice, rats, crickets, earwigs, ants, bed bugs, and silverfish. The company also offers wildlife exclusion and removal, moisture control inspection and services, and fungus treatment and removal. It offers free inspections and estimates to all customers.

The pest control company claims that it specializes in termite and bed bug services, and it offers residential customers a uniquely customizable and low-cost preventative treatment plan. These “Pest Shield” programs come in 4 tiers and are very competitively priced for the protection they offer. Many residential customers remark in reviews that the cost of the services they receive is excellent. 

For its commercial clients, Havard Pest control says that it offers extremely custom and comprehensive service and quick emergency response. It offers all commercial customers a dedicated customer service representative, whom many reviewers specifically described as very skilled, professional, and helpful. 

The reviews of Havard Pest control are overall very favorable. There are many five-star reviews that comment on specific technicians and managers’ professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Several reviewers comment that the company’s prices are unmatched by its competition in the area, and that its estimates are comprehensive, fair, and free. Many customers are extremely happy with Havard’s convenient and quality home inspections.  Commercial reviewers seem to be pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of the company’s dedicated customer service representatives. With such long-term dedication and great customer service, it becomes clear why Havard Pest Control has grown to service such a large area in its 73-year history.

Reviewers do, however, touch on some extremely negative experiences with Havard Pest Control. Several reviewers note that they found the home inspection services to be predatory.  One customer even noted that the Havard technician attempted to tell them after a home inspection that the home they were buying required expensive and extensive treatment, despite the fact that the seller had purchased the same treatment two years before and it was guaranteed for fourteen years. Several reviewers remark that technicians were constantly changing, and they could never seem to get the same person to perform their service. One reviewer even remarked that Havard attempted to void his contract rather than paying damages incurred from pests despite the guarantee of its work.

Overall, the reviews of Havard Pest Control do seem to give credit for excellent customer service, professionalism, and an extremely high-value service at a good price. Its eco-friendly treatments seem to be well received by commercial and residential customers alike. Though there are some negative reviews, these negative interactions seem to be the exception rather than the rule, with a large majority of reviewers being incredibly positive about their experiences and the service they received. Havard Pest Control has a 4.5/5 score on Google, is rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau, and has a 1/5 score on Yelp. It should be noted, however, that its Google score is based on 29 reviews, with the Yelp review only being based on 2 reviews.
