B&B Pest Control is a family-owned pest management company headquartered at 271 Western Ave, #204, Lynn, Massachusetts, 01904.  It was founded in 1982 by John Bozarjian Sr, and is now owned and operated by John and his son.  It services the North Shore and Eastern Massachusetts areas, and through five subdivisions, provides service to all of Massachusetts.

B&B provides extensive services in pest management including roaches, ants, fleas, rats, mice, termites, hornets, silverfish, spiders, ticks, roaches, ants, fleas, rats, mice, termites, termite reports, home Inspections, bed bugs. It offers both residential and commercial services and is the official pest management company of eight different housing authorities in Massachusetts.

B&B fervently promotes its guarantee on all its work, and indeed the owner seems to independently contact any negative reviews and take any necessary steps to make it right.  B&B claims that as a family run company with 38 years serving the North Shore area, no competitor can come close to its level of knowledge and experience.

Looking at reviews from B&B’s customers, it does seem that most customers are more than satisfied by the company’s work.  A huge majority of their reviews are five-star and commonly speak about friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technicians.  Reviewers commonly mention timely responses and scheduling, fair pricing, and excellent results.  Several reviewers discuss being impressed with extensive inspections, only to hear there was no serious issue that the technician hadn’t cleaned up along his inspection, and that there would be no charge.  Many customers write about technicians taking the time to speak to them at length about preventative measures in the future and answering any questions they may have.  The reviews are very diverse in what specifically was impressive, but reviewers mostly seem to agree that they are very satisfied customers.

However, there are a few negative issues pointed out in reviews as well.  Several reviewers seem to have had problems with office staff or technicians not returning calls.  Several other customers reported having unfavorable interactions over the phone with reception, where the receptionist was unprofessional, dismissive, or rude.  There was one review found in which a technician had an outburst with a client.  In each of these negative occurrences, of note, is that the business owner promptly contacted each reviewer and took steps to rectify the situation.  Sometimes this resulted in a refund or repeat of service, but it seems each negative reviewer contacted in this way left the interaction as a satisfied customer.

Based on a long track record of impressively high reviews and glowing comments about professionalism, skill, and customer service, it is easy to see why B&B Pest Control has been around for 38 years.  It seems to have a high recurrence of repeat clientele who are eager to recommend their services to others, which indicates that it offers an excellent service.   B&B Pest Control has a 4.7/5 rating on Google, a 4.8/5 on Angie’s List, and a 5/5 on Yelp and is rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau.  With its large operating range and a huge variety of services offered, it could likely meet your pest management needs anywhere in Massachusetts.
