Ace Pest Control does seem to be trying to generate more online reviews by responding to all comments positive and negative. In the last year, it has only received one negative review from a customer who asked for the same billing statement to be mailed four times; the owner of Ace Pest Control still responded to this negative comment trying to rectify the situation.
